About SCIES

SCIES is a collaborative effort by Northern Arizona University, Science Foundation Arizona, and STEM City Center. It was conceived as a tool to aid teachers in creating and implementing environmentally-based field trip programs. We have created a variety of protocols that focus on simplicity and conservation of both time and money without sacrificing the scientific element.
